Project Overview
Nour designed the complete UI for a B2B digital product from zero — including the marketing site, onboarding flow, core app screens, and a full Figma component library. The engagement ran for 10 weeks.
The Challenge
The founding team had a working prototype built by engineers but no design system. The product felt inconsistent across screens, and the lack of a component library was slowing down development significantly.
Our Approach
Nour audited all existing screens, established a design system with tokens for color, spacing, and typography, then rebuilt every screen in Figma with auto-layout and component variants. The onboarding flow was redesigned with progressive disclosure to reduce early drop-off.
Results
The team shipped the redesigned product in record time. Development speed increased due to the component library. Beta users praised the interface in exit surveys, and the product was accepted into two startup accelerator programs shortly after launch.
